Staffing Clerk Part Time

Pay Range: $16.00–$20.00

About the role

Responsible for the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow-up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department.

Responsibilities

• Consistently work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Conduct New Hire orientation and complete and follow up on all new hire paperwork.
• Handle the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow-up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department.
• Manage the administrative aspects of the Computer Based Training Process, including scheduling and follow-up with all trainees, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Training Department.
• Communicate with the Management team to address current staffing needs.
• Track diversity initiatives and retention issues to communicate with HR Specialist for follow-through on initiatives and issues.
• Conduct exit interviews with all associates who terminate employment.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• At least 6 months of related experience.
