We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About the role / overview: first paragraph: "An Amazing Career Opportunity for a Staff Writer! At Questex, you can make an impact..." etc. Also description of Questex, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or "About Questex". We'll use "About the role".
- Responsibilities: bullet list after "As our Staff Writer, you’ll support Questex’s success by:" includes many items.
- Requirements / Qualifications: "What We Will Love About Your Background" includes bullet-like list (though not bullet). Also "Who You Are As a Team Member". Could combine as Requirements/Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe separate? Could embed in Requirements.
- Benefits: list after "Our Rewards/What We Offer". Includes base salary range, vacation, holidays, FitOn Health, Cariloop, Health and Welfare Benefits, Parental Leave, Online Educational Learning Library, Access to Mental Health Resources, 401k with matching, Mission-driven culture, Work-life balance, Discounts, DEI Mission etc.
- Pay: The salary range is given: "The expected base salary for these positions range from $60K to $70K." Also mention salary offers based on factors. So we can have Pay section with that detail.
- Schedule: mention "Ability to work a regular workday with a start time of 8:00 a.m. ET". That's schedule info. So we can have Schedule section.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship, etc. Remove those lines.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details about Questex, mission, culture, etc. Might be in About the role.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll structure:

Skills
but could be part of Requirements. However we have separate "Skills" heading allowed. The posting includes many skill items: strong writing/reporting, AP style, ability to report quickly, comfort reading regulatory materials, multimedia storytelling, comfort speaking publicly, social media use, collaborative mindset, news judgment, enthusiasm for building expertise, diversity & inclusion, communication skills, team player. Could be separate Skills section. But we already have Requirements covering background. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements and Skills" but headings must be exactly from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to have Requirements and Skills separate if both have substantive content. Let's see if we can split meaningfully. Requirements: Minimum two years newsroom experience, degree in journalism, ability to work regular workday start 8am ET (maybe schedule), strong writing/reporting skills, AP style, ability to report quickly, comfort reading regulatory materials, experience with multimedia storytelling, comfort speaking publicly, understanding of social media as reporting tool, collaborative mindset, strong news judgment, enthusiasm for building expertise. Skills: Could be similar but maybe separate: Strong writing and reporting skills, knowledge of AP style, ability to report quickly, accuracy, nuance, comfort reading regulatory materials, multimedia storytelling, public speaking, social media, collaborative mindset, news judgment, enthusiasm for building expertise, valuing diversity, exceptional communication, team player. There's overlap. Might be better to have one "Requirements" covering all, and not create Skills section to avoid thin duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Skills if it would be thin. We'll include Requirements only. Benefits: we have substantive list. Pay: salary range. Schedule: start time 8am ET. We also have "Why Apply?" section with mission etc. Could be part of About the role or separate "About the company". But we only have headings list; we could put that under About the role. We must not include EEO etc. Let's extract substantive paragraphs. First paragraph: "An Amazing Career Opportunity for a Staff Writer! At Questex, you can make an impact by helping marketers and buyers connect more efficiently and effectively. Questex is a leading global events, media, and business information company, yet we are still a place where your voice is heard, and your ideas are appreciated. So, you can make an immediate difference in our success while advancing your career. Questex drives business forward through a rich engagement platform centered on leading events and surrounded by data insights and digital communities. Check us out here: www.questex.com" We can keep that but maybe remove the "Check us out here: www.questex.com" as it's a URL but still substantive? It's not boilerplate; it's a link. We can keep as plain text. Next: "We are looking for a journalist to deliver daily news and a steady flow of features that put the news in context for our readers. This role will support Fierce Biotech, covering the companies, science and deals shaping the industry. The ideal candidate is eager to build sources, break news and dig into the why and how behind the day’s biggest developments. Our readers are sophisticated and deeply informed, and they look to Fierce for reporting, insights and perspective they can’t get anywhere else. This person will also have a strong commitment to editorial quality and ethics, a passion for deeply reported journalism and the drive to grow into a trusted voice on their beat. Just as importantly, this role requires someone who is comfortable representing Fierce publicly—on camera, on stage and across social platforms." That's part of role description. Then responsibilities list. Then "What We Will Love About Your Background" list. Then "Who You Are As a Team Member" list. Then "Why Apply? Why we are here: Helping people live longer and live better by focusing on the Experience Economy. What we do: We connect buyers and sellers. How we do it: Easy to work with. We deliver superior results. Provide world-class experiences. Our DNA is our guiding principles: Collaboration, Honesty & Transparency, Curiosity, Growth, Fun, Purpose Driven OUR CULTURE At Questex, we listen to each other and to our customers. And we have fun in a fast-paced, vibrant and supportive environment. We’re big on ideas, not on rigid processes, rules or org charts. We know that life can be unpredictable, so we’re flexible and adaptable to change. YOUR INITIATIVE At Questex, you will join a fast-growing company of bright and ambitious but easygoing people from a diversity of professions, experiences and backgrounds. We keep it real. Like to take the lead? Go for it! We encourage innovative thinking and action. Whether you like to create things, manage things or sell things, you can make your mark at Questex." Then "Our Rewards/What We Offer" list. Then DEI Mission paragraph. We must remove EEO and visa sponsorship lines. Now craft HTML. We'll have:About the role
