Staff Workday Integration Developer

For a leader in the Information Technology space, this role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of Workday integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration specifications
• Monitor and manage system health for data integrations
• Participate in semi-annual Workday release testing and impact assessments
• Provide technical leadership for integration projects with third-party vendors
• Translate business needs into reporting solutions within Workday
• Research and resolve integration failures and manage support tickets

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience with Workday report writing and integrations
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio Development
• Experience with complex integrations between third-party finance, payroll, and benefits systems
• Knowledge of integration frameworks and testing concepts
• Proficient in SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and Java
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on detailed documentation

Pay

$126,887 – $166,127 annually
