Staff Workday Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Staff Workday Engineer to join our HR Technology team as an individual contributor. Reporting to the Director of HR Technology, this role will help drive the strategy, solution design, delivery, and optimization of Workday and related HR technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Workday professional who can translate business needs into effective technology solutions and drive initiatives from concept through delivery. The role will support a broad portfolio of HR Technology initiatives, with particular focus on areas such as Talent, Performance, Compensation, Workday Security, Reporting & Analytics
