Staff User Experience Researcher

For our client, we are seeking a Staff User Experience Researcher to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will help shape product direction through rigorous research that uncovers user needs, clarifies problem spaces, and informs roadmap decisions. You will work closely with product, design, and cross-functional partners to turn qualitative and quantitative evidence into actionable insights. The position calls for a strategic researcher who can operate in ambiguity, influence feature planning, and improve research workflows with AI and data-driven thinking.
