The Opportunity

Be the connective tissue across the organization to keep engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders aligned on priorities, schedule, risks, and progress.
Own and drive cross-team initiatives from conception to completion.
Create and manage cross-team roadmaps, schedule, risks, and issues.
Own security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
Establish scalable, repeatable, and efficient processes and schedules.
Be a force multiplier by continually improving engineering, product, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Help grow the TPM function.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You love working on technical initiatives to build and manage Ad Tech products for ECommerce
  • You don’t just work with engineering, you’re embedded into the team, shepherding their programs end-to-end.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • Experience working with senior leadership, including C-level leaders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and drive consensus with all levels and teams across the company.
  • Integral contributor to the development and operational readiness of large scale cloud products.
  • Experience managing projects, risks, and dependencies with Product, Engineering, GTM, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building scalable, sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules across multiple organizations.
  • Experience in agile software development methodologies including deploying best practices and SDLC processes.
  • 5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.

Compensation & Benefits

  • U.S.-based employees also receive up to 12 scheduled paid holidays per calendar year and one Thrive Day off per quarter.

  • The successful candidate may be eligible for a bonus and equity awards. Eligibility and amounts are determined by performance and the terms of the applicable plans.

Salary Ranges

  • Region A: $204,000 - $255,000 USD
  • Region B: $183,000 - $229,000 USD
  • Region C: $173,000 - $217,000 USD
