Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience with the technical development lifecycle from conception to delivery
- 5+ years of technical project management experience with demonstrated knowledge of program management best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field — or relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a senior technical leadership role with increasing scope and organizational complexity
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a highly collaborative, low-ego attitude
- Knowledge of IoT and security hardware; comfort working across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud teams
- Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) across multiple engineering teams simultaneously
- Track record of improving engineering delivery efficiency through process simplification, not just process addition

The target annual base pay range for this role is $134,900 to $179,800
