- Partner closely with engineering leaders, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to establish comprehensive program plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Drive execution across multiple teams and organizational boundaries, creating clarity around priorities, ownership, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, identifying emerging challenges early and developing practical mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear, consistent communication on program health, progress, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Make thoughtful tradeoff recommendations that balance technical complexity, customer impact, business priorities, resources, and delivery timelines.

- Navigate ambiguity and organizational complexity with a results-oriented approach, maintaining momentum while adapting plans as priorities evolve.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by sharing knowledge, developing best practices, and helping others strengthen their program management capabilities.

- At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering, product, and business teams to launch new products or capabilities, with a demonstrated record of shipping, learning, and iterating.
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to quickly understand software development projects, technical architectures, system designs, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated experience creating clarity in complex or ambiguous environments and driving programs from broad objectives to measurable execution.
- Experience leading large-scale technical programs, ideally involving application security, AI-powered developer experiences, software supply chain technologies, developer platforms, or related technical domains.
- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies, with the ability to combine approaches and develop practical hybrid frameworks based on program needs.
- Pioneering cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, with demonstrated success delivering results across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical and business information and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and recommend effective tradeoffs.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong passion for learning, continuous improvement, and helping others develop.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed environment and willing to travel when required to support program objectives.
- Ability to operate independently, take ownership of outcomes, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving environment.
