About the role
As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Anduril Industries, you will lead the development and execution of technical programs within the Advanced Effects team. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Lattice OS and similar AI-powered operating systems.
- Knowledge of autonomous systems and military-grade hardware.
- Experience with data analytics and machine learning techniques.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay
US Salary Range: $191,000 - $253,000 USD
