About the role

As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Anduril Industries, you will lead the development and execution of technical programs within the Advanced Effects team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or technical leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Lattice OS and similar AI-powered operating systems.
  • Knowledge of autonomous systems and military-grade hardware.
  • Experience with data analytics and machine learning techniques.

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay

US Salary Range: $191,000 - $253,000 USD

Schedule
