About the role

The Staff Technical Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of internal tools and platforms within the Research & Development department. This role requires a deep understanding of product management principles and a strong ability to collaborate across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and other product managers to define and prioritize features
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product vision
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch support
• Ensure products are user-friendly and meet high-quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical context
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
