About the Opportunity:The STAFF TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER role is responsible for owning and prioritizing the roadmap of the Business Technology Services and integration platform that connects key business systems and supports data infrastructure and AI applications. This position ensures clear, strategic platform development by translating business needs into a coherent plan, making critical technical decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable scalability, expansion, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:Own and prioritize the integration platform roadmap across business technology domainsConsolidate demand from multiple queues into a unified, prioritized backlogEngage stakeholders to gather and structure platform requirementsMake and defend technical decisions on API contracts, integration patterns, and platform designCommunicate platform strategy and trade-offs to executive and cross-functional audiencesCollaborate on architecture decisions impacting data infrastructure and AI agentsSupport the formation and growth of the Integration & Automation Engineering team Requirements:Over 10 years of experience in technical product or platform management focused on infrastructure and integrationStrong technical expertise in API design, versioning, and integration platformsKnowledge of AWS core services related to integration platformsExperience with iPaaS solutions such as Workato, MuleSoft, or BoomiProven ability to translate vague business requests into clear technical requirementsExperience managing platform roadmaps serving multiple internal teamsSkilled in negotiating priorities with senior stakeholdersExcellent communication skills for technical and business audiencesPractical use of large language model assistants and AI tools in work processes Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
