Staff Systems Engineer / Product Owner - Clearance Required

What We Do

We utilize a range of innovative tools and methodologies, including the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Atlassian Tool Suite, and DevSecOps, to ensure consistent value delivery, effective collaboration, and security-centric development. Additionally, we leverage Model-Based Engineering and Test Automation to enhance our system architecture, design, and testing processes.
The Work
- Lead a SCRUM Team as Product Owner
- Prioritize the backlog to deliver the most value
- Set the Sprint Goal for the team / Accepts work based on Acceptance Criteria defined by the Lead Product Owner
- Review customer requirements to fully understand the operational scope of the requirement, deliver valuable feedback to the customer, and provide guidance during the product development to ensure operational needs are met.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures in order to prepare and assess system readiness both in-plant as well as in the field at customer sites.
- Test and validate the system during the entire product development phase, identifying defects, providing test data for analysis, proposing solutions, and verifying implemented solutions to ensure a quality product is delivered.
- Participate actively in an agile development environment
- Develop and document system architectures and interfaces based on stakeholder requirements and system specifications
- Aid in creating plans for system verification to ensure designs meet operational needs

Desired Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to develop solutions to complex technical problems
- Experience with software testing and use of test automation tools (i.e. Eggplant, TWIN)
- Experience in creating use cases and test scenarios
