Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of related engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance (background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable time as determined by business needs.
• U.S. citizenship required for positions with government clearance.

• Active U.S. government Secret clearance or higher (background investigation within the last 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).

Skills

• Demonstrated communication and technical writing skills.
• Proven ability to brief technical presentations to stakeholders.
• Experience with requirement verification.

Pay

• Primary level salary range: $177,000.00 - $265,600.00.
• Eligibility for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
• Annual bonuses to reward individual contributions and share in company results.
• Long term incentives available for Vice President or Director positions.

Schedule

• Travel required: 25% of the time.
