Staff Sustaining Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Sustaining Reliability Engineer focuses on Automotive Electronics, owning the reliability of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) across mass-production to the customer. Key responsibilities include:

• Research and implement reliability testing to detect and model failures.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, design, and process engineering to improve reliability outcomes.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines in Databricks for ECU fault signals and telemetry.
• Build and deploy real-time reliability models to predict and track ECU failures.
• Partner with AI integration platforms for faster fault diagnosis and reliability requirements.
• Maintain closed-loop integration between field reliability data and NPI teams.
