Staff Supplier Integration Manager - ARC

HybridFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities (What you'll do), Requirements (What we're looking for + Must-have Requirements + Bonus points?), Benefits (list benefits). Pay/Schedule: not given specific numbers, only "Salary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits. The actual salary will depend...". That's not a concrete salary range; we should not create Pay section because no specific numbers. Schedule: not given. So we omit Pay and Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes EEO paragraph and export control etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also remove "At CFS, we excel..." maybe that's values but could be considered part of About the role? It's generic values; but we can keep as part of About the role? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The values paragraph is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered fluff; but it's substantive? It's about culture; maybe keep as part of About the role? However we have an "About Commonwealth Fusion Systems" paragraph at start describing mission. That's substantive. We'll keep that as About the role? Actually heading "About the role" is for role description; but we have an "About Commonwealth Fusion Systems" which is company overview. Could treat as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role section containing company overview and role summary. We'll include the mission paragraph and the role description (first paragraph after "Join the power movement as a Staff Supplier Integration Manager - ARC"). We need to preserve all substantive info: responsibilities list (What you'll do) as bullet list. Requirements: include education, experience, finance acumen, technical knowledge, travel %, etc. Also Must-have Requirements (typing, standing, willingness to travel nights/weekends, work in facility with hazards). Bonus points: previous experience with M&A etc. We'll combine Requirements and maybe Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to include. We have a list of "What we’re looking for:" which includes many bullet-like sentences. Then "Must-have Requirements:" and "Bonus points for:". We'll create a Requirements section that includes education, experience, finance acumen, technical knowledge, travel %, ability to work independently, communication skills, organizational skills, etc. Then maybe a Skills section for specific skills like strong communication, organizational abilities, etc. But to avoid thin sections, we can combine into Requirements and maybe Skills. However we have many items; we could split: Requirements (education, experience, finance, technical knowledge, travel, ability to work both independently and in teams, communication skills, organizational abilities, etc.) and Skills (strong communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, exceptional organizational and analytical skills, etc.) But many overlap. Better: Use Requirements for education, experience, finance acumen, technical knowledge, travel %, ability to work independently, communication skills, organizational abilities, etc. Use Skills for specific skills like strong communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, exceptional organizational and analytical skills, proven ability to drive complex projects, etc. Use Qualifications maybe for Must-have Requirements (physical requirements). But we can also include Must-have Requirements under Requirements. Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we can have: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. That's four sections. Within Requirements we can include education, experience, must-have, bonus points as sub-bullets. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We'll not. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate: EEO paragraph, export control, values paragraph? The values paragraph "At CFS, we excel in fast-paced environments..." is somewhat generic but could be considered part of About the role? It's not duplicated; it's about culture. Might be okay to keep. However it's somewhat fluff but still substantive. I'd keep it in About the role. Now craft HTML. Structure:

About the role

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is on a mission to deliver the urgent transition to fusion energy... (company overview) ... Join the power movement as a Staff Supplier Integration Manager - ARC ... The Staff Supplier Integration Manager (SSIM) will create and execute global supply chain strategies fully integrated with CFS design teams ... (role summary).

We need to preserve all substantive info: include the mission paragraph, the challenges (a,b,c), the role description. Let's extract: About Commonwealth Fusion Systems: Commonwealth Fusion Systems is on a mission to deliver the urgent transition to fusion energy. Combining decades of research, top talent, and new technologies, we’re designing and building commercially viable fusion power plants. And we're working with policymakers, suppliers, and many others to build the energy industry of the future. We’re in the best position to make it happen. Since 2018, we’ve raised $4 billion of capital, making us the largest and leading fusion company in the world. Now we’re looking for more thinkers, doers, builders, and makers to join us. People who’ll bring new perspectives, solve tough problems, and thrive as part of a team. If that’s you and this role fits, we want to hear from you. Join the power movement as a Staff Supplier Integration Manager - ARC CFS confronts exciting but significant challenges associated with the supply chain for ARC and other new products and projects. Key challenges for ARC include: (a) producing a design that leads to a very cost competitive and producible (deployable) product (b) managing high levels of technical uncertainty and (c) an expensive and operationally difficult path to begin building ARC power plants. The Staff Supplier Integration Manager (SSIM) will create and execute global supply chain strategies fully integrated with CFS design teams and in close partnership with other functions including R&D, business and corporate development, Open Innovation, and government affairs. This strategy development will include focused and highly technical efforts to improve and simplify CFS designs with practical knowledge of supply chain capabilities, focused on major improvements to product cost and other key metrics. It will require deep, continuous, and insightful research into new technologies, evolving market conditions, and other key trends. The SSIM will also conduct global, creative and systematic supplier searches, and build and manage complex, senior-level supplier relationships. Finally, the SSIM will lead negotiation of long-term, high-value agreements that will be pivotal to CFS’ ability to build and deploy key products such as ARC. The SSIM must be an established expert in technical sourcing, able to speak the languages of plasma physicists, engineers and material scientists. The SSIM must be experienced and comfortable in uncertain, unstructured, low Technology Readiness Level (TRL) environments, while exercising curiosity and creativity to identify and understand new trends and technologies. The SSIM should be capable of serving as the senior face of CFS to supplier executives and other external audiences, during difficult negotiations and other interactions. Internally, the SSIM should be able to speak directly to the Executive Leadership Team about how design and technical decisions translate into the supply of hardware, including associated cost, risk, etc. and should understand how to marshal internal resources and consensus in support of project objectives. That's a lot; we can include as prose. Now Responsibilities: "What you'll do:" list bullet points. We'll convert each line to
