About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and creative team player to lead field evaluations of industrial structures, analyze data, evaluate the root cause of failure, complete analytical modeling and calculations, and develop engineered rehabilitation/replacement plans and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead field evaluation of existing structures
- Develop calculations and analytical models in steel, concrete, and other materials
- Lead the design of structural rehabilitation and/or replacement plans
- Specify materials and lead the development of reports
- Provide technical support for structural construction
- Client interface, proposal, and estimate development
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil / Structural Engineering
- 8+ years of experience
- P.E. license required
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of STAAD/SAP, AISC, and AWS required
- Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred
- Client interface and team mentoring experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements
Individual field assignments may require:
- Physical mobility (on the ground and at heights)
- Ability to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding/ladders using appropriate fall protection
- Ability to work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Adherence to client-specific policies, including random drug testing and facial hair safety policies
Pay
$110,000 - $150,000 annually. The pay range represents a general guideline, and actual salary will depend on factors such as experience, skill set, certifications, and market conditions.
