Meet The Team The Direct Materials Sourcing team is a group of category experts responsible for building resilient supply networks, securing capacity, managing total cost, enabling new product introduction, and reducing supply risk. As the Staff Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will lead sourcing strategy across Mechanical Assembly and key material categories, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to deliver business results.

Leadership Impact Success in this role means creating category strategies that the business trusts, suppliers understand, and cross-functional teams can execute. The Staff Strategic Sourcing Manager is expected to bring informed judgment, strong commercial leadership, and a collaborative presence that elevates supplier relationships and positions Strategic Sourcing as a source of competitive advantage for Dexcom.
