Lead multiple engineers on technically deep projects across the product, collaborating effectively with partners, PM, customers, and other engineering leads.Drive the scoping of functional and non-functional requirements.Ensure the team is able to execute with strong incremental deliveries. This often requires defining the priorities and balancing the product requirements with technical feasibilities.Build well-rounded engineers, distributing work to maximize both product objectives and personal skill development.
