Staff Software Engineer - Referrals & Conversions (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Referrals & Conversions (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help shape the technical direction of a patient-facing referral and conversion experience, with a strong focus on scalable application design and partner data workflows. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn business goals into reliable systems that support growth, efficiency, and a better customer experience. The position also calls for mentoring engineers, improving team effectiveness, and using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high-quality architecture.
