Staff Software Engineer - Product

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Product team. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software components that meet product requirements
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand and implement new features
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
• Support the deployment and maintenance of production systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript, React, Node.js)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
