Staff Software Engineer (Platform - FinEng)

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for financial data pipelines and reporting systems
• Drive design and delivery of new backend services in Golang
• Lead initiatives to enhance accuracy and auditability of financial data
• Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to create scalable technical solutions
• Mentor senior engineers and establish coding standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend software development experience in distributed systems
• Experience leading platform-building efforts in financial/transactional domains
• Proficiency in Go or similar backend languages for high-reliability systems
• Ability to influence technical direction and align stakeholders across teams
• Expertise in translating complex financial requirements into maintainable systems
• Knowledge of generative AI for improving workflow efficiency
