The Staff Software Engineer will play a key role in developing and maintaining our robust payment processing systems. This position requires expertise in software development and a strong understanding of payment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable payment processing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive payment data
• Contribute to code reviews and mentoring junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with payment processing systems and APIs
• Strong understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java
• Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience
