Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across the OnePACS platform and related imaging workflows
- Design, develop, maintain, and modernize Java-based platform services and applications
- Lead architecture and design discussions for system scalability and reliability
- Support modernization of legacy platform components while ensuring production stability
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, including DICOM and HL7 workflows
- Mentor engineers through technical design and code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- At least ten years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience building and supporting production systems in Java
- Experience providing technical leadership in complex, business-critical platforms
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and production reliability
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application code and external integrations
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
