This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities in care discovery and provider booking experiences
- Connect technical work with measurable business and patient outcomes
- Analyze data to uncover system performance issues and validate solutions' impact
- Develop platforms and tools that enhance team efficiency and decision-making
- Simplify complex workflows within healthcare compliance and insurance constraints
- Guide and mentor other engineers in architectural and implementation decisions
- Champion data-driven experimentation to refine products and engineering practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in shipping production software or equivalent high-impact roles
- Fluency in Ruby on Rails and modern TypeScript/React frameworks
- Solid experience with relational databases, including schema design and performance optimization
- Experience with API integrations, including handling retries and idempotency
- Ability to work autonomously on cross-functional and ambiguous problems
- Strong instincts in data analysis and metrics utilization
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
Pay
$175,000 – $225,000 annually
