Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack

About the role

Ivo builds AI products that help companies like Meta, Uber, IBM, Intel, DoorDash, Mitsubishi Electric, and Coinbase solve their most difficult contracting problems. The company recently raised its Series B after growing 6x in 12 months. As a Staff Full‑Stack Engineer you will design, create and deploy generative AI products, working across the stack to ship high‑performance UI and backend systems, build LLM‑orchestrated pipelines, and collaborate with designers, lawyers and other engineers to re‑imagine legal work in the AI age.

Responsibilities

• Developing full stack generative AI functionality
• Shipping high performance UI code and backend systems that process and analyze millions of contracts reliably
• Designing pipelines that orchestrate LLMs, data extraction, and clustering algorithms at scale
• Collaborating with designers, lawyers and other engineers to re‑imagine how lawyers work in the AI age

Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup environment is preferred but not required
• Excited about the adventure of building a company

Pay

Compensation range: $287K – $485K. Final offer details are determined based on experience, expertise, and overall fit.
