The Experimentation team at Discord is responsible for building the tools, systems, and processes that empower Discord employees to continually test hypotheses and improve our product in a data-informed way.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support the next generation experimentation platform including core services, data pipelines, configuration tooling, and statistical analysis tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to influence product telemetry and deliver business results through experimentation on features and machine learning models.
• Lead and mentor engineers while building state-of-the-art AI-assisted experimentation workflows.
