Staff Software Engineer, Enterprise Apps

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Enterprise Apps to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will help shape and scale internal enterprise application capabilities that support critical business workflows across the organization. You will partner closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical direction, improve service reliability, and deliver backend systems that enable efficient operations. The ideal candidate brings deep backend engineering expertise, a track record of technical leadership, and a focus on building dependable platform improvements that support growth.
