Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering innovation across the company
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Lead research initiatives for new tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Guide execution for teams on architectural approaches
• Tackle complex problems and guide resolutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct architectural reviews of the technology stack
• Mentor engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in developer productivity
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with hands-on experience in React and Node.js
• Strong background in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with modern design patterns and architectural principles, especially in monorepo management
• Ability to mentor and coach other engineers, fostering an inclusive culture
• Deep knowledge of industry trends and ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation and improvement in developer experience

$186,700 – $255,000 annually
