Staff Software Engineer - Data Protection

Responsibilities

• Develop security and privacy infrastructure for applications and services
• Arcitect systems to manage increasing data volumes securely
• Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills
• Collaborate with teams to improve product security
• Work with engineering leaders to set and implement goals and processes
• Partner with CISO on security and privacy program expansion
• Share security knowledge through conferences and publications
• Participate in projects like end-to-end encryption for data protection

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in software or security engineering
• Strong coding ability with daily coding expectations
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud services
• Interest in learning new security and privacy strategies
• Strong collaborative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week
