Staff Software Engineer - Customer Facing Applied AI

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Customer Facing Applied AI to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape the technical direction for customer-facing AI initiatives, with a focus on taking advanced AI capabilities from prototype to production. You will partner closely with clients and internal engineering teams to design scalable systems, ensure production readiness, and influence roadmap priorities based on real-world customer needs. In this highly cross-functional position, you will help define the platform layer, strengthen observability and deployment practices, and mentor engineers while helping build a strong technical culture.
