What You'll Do
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems
- Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using multiple programming languages
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics using data-driven practices
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including extensive backend Java development, Spring Boot, Azure Cloud, and NoSQL or SQL database
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to build scalable and resilient systems
- Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform development to deliver high-quality solutions
- Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability
- Ability to conduct system design reviews ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and project goals
- Skilled in mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions to promote engineering excellence and sustainability
- Data-driven problem-solving skills with a focus on defining metrics and optimizing development processes
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams

Pay
Annual salary range: $143,000.00 – $286,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
