About the role

Shield AI is a federal contractor or subcontractor subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil right laws and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for autonomous systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex systems.
  • Contribute to the design and testing of new algorithms and methodologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Experience with Python, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • Passion for developing cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI development.

Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Understanding of computer vision principles.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning.
