Staff Software Engineer, Audit (Full Stack)

Responsibilities

• Automate the ingestion and analysis of large data sets to save auditors time on routine tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build technology that enhances trust practitioner outcomes and reduces late nights.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Participate in highly collaborative, autonomous teams focused on driving key performance indicators.
• Learn from and support auditors in their daily work to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Experience in risk audit and advisory practices is preferred, but not required.
• A strong foundation in data analysis and automation tools.
• An eagerness to learn and share knowledge within the team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for building high-quality products that improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a technical or consulting role.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay

• Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
