About the role

Reserv is an InsurTech company creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. Founded by industry veterans, Reserv is venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. We're focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims while setting the new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience as an individual contributor with experience using modern programming languages and front-end frameworks
• A strong demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products, both at work and outside of work
• A passion for building intuitive technology and a thirst for learning
• The ability to think through customer requirements and prioritize what is a must-have, nice-to-have, or irrelevant
• A strong technical skillset but also the willingness and ability to take over tasks outside your core competency
