Sales Software Focus

Represents Nooks as a "copilot" for 1,100+ customers, using multiple vertical products including AI Dialer, AI Prospecting, AI Sequencing, and Agent Studio.

Responsibilities

• Build AI features that drive revenue, end-to-end, defining success metrics and iterating until improvements are made.
• Work directly with customers, participating in shared Slack channels with key accounts and attending customer calls to validate new features.
• Set technical direction across the team, addressing questions like how agent memory works per rep and the right primitives for long-running outbound strategies.
• Raise the bar across the organization by mentoring senior engineers, leading design reviews, and helping with hiring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including time as a tech lead, founder, or domain expert.
• Production experience with AI features, such as debugging misbehaving agents and building evaluation systems.
• Strong opinions about the product surface of human-agent collaboration, able to influence and shape the direction of the technology.
• Comfortable making decisions based on customer feedback and willing to engage in discussions with customers to validate new features.
• Ability to raise the bar for the team through mentorship and leadership, setting high standards for quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with React/TypeScript and Node.js/Python.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passionate about improving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams through technology.

• Strong understanding of machine learning and natural language processing.
• Experience with building and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
