Staff Software Engineer

About the role

We're looking for high-performing individual contributors capable of leading development of a meaningful slice of the product. This is a role for full-stack builders, someone capable of delivering best-in-category features.

• You’ll be supported by a product manager, a UX designer, the co-founders as well as other experienced engineers.
• You’ll stay in close contact with our account managers and the sales team to ensure new features are living up to their promise.
• You’ll join the occasional client call to gather feedback and hear about their challenges first-hand.

Responsibilities

Track record of making significant contributions in past products
A start-up friendly temperament (comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change)
10-ish or more years of experience

Requirements

• Health care experience is not needed. We'll teach you what you need to know about how a doctor's office works.
• Our tech stack is Python, JavaScript and Postgres on Linux, with AI growing in importance.

• Full-stack development skills
• Experience working with Python, JavaScript, and Postgres
• Understanding of healthcare systems and patient experiences

Pay

Salary Range for this position: $250,000-$300,000
Equity offered Compensation Range: $250K - $300K
