Architect and develop full-stack features for our AI-powered SaaS platform
Design core backend systems, data models, APIs, and infrastructure with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
Translate business and product goals into clear technical plans and make high-impact design decisions in uncertain contexts
Build frontend components that present complex AI and contract insights in intuitive ways
Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and product stakeholders to define priorities and execute effectively
Own your work end to end, from planning through deployment and monitoring
Establish engineering best practices and shape team culture as we scale

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong record of system architecture and technical ownership
Demonstrated ability to design and build complex backend systems or distributed services, particularly in greenfield contexts
Proficiency with backend technologies like Node.js, Go, or Python, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or TypeScript
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
A product-first mindset that prioritizes business impact alongside technical quality
Clear and thoughtful communicator who can explain and defend architectural choices
Self-motivated and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-trust environments with a high degree of autonomy
Strong system design skills, including the ability to reason about architecture tradeoffs and whiteboard distributed systems

Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems or LLM-powered applications (nice to have)
