The Role

This role is tailored for engineering leaders or founders with extensive experience looking to transition to a more hands-on, impactful role. As an individual contributor, you will lead a small, high-performing team (2-5 engineers and a Product Manager) in developing AI-driven solutions for clients. Your responsibilities include setting technical direction, writing code, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful project outcomes. With a focus on delivering complex AI systems within your first year, you'll have the opportunity to tackle a wide array of challenging problems across various domains.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping complete products.
• Adept at writing elegant, production-ready code across multiple disciplines.
• A deep interest in applying software engineering principles to AI systems.
• A balanced approach to leveraging AI model capabilities while maintaining robust system design.
• Comfortable engaging with senior technical stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals.
