The Role

This role is tailored for experienced engineering leaders (IC or EM) or founders who wish to maintain a high level of impact as individual contributors. You will lead a small, high-performing team (2-5 engineers and a Product Manager) in developing AI-driven solutions for clients. Your responsibilities include setting technical direction, writing code, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure alignment on project requirements.

Engineers typically face such a diverse array of challenges over a decade; here, you'll tackle them within your first year. We prioritize fostering a learning environment where you can continuously improve your skills and apply them to cutting-edge AI projects.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering complete products.
• Elegant, production-ready code across various domains.
