Staff Software Engineer - AI Platform

About the role

The Staff Software Engineer will play a key role in developing and maintaining AI platforms that power our core products. This position is part of an international software engineering team focused on innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI models and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Optimize existing systems for performance and efficiency
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AI platform architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Knowledge of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience
