STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER (AI)

For our client, we are seeking a STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER (AI) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will focus on building and maintaining software solutions that support value delivery across the organization, with an emphasis on AI-enabled engineering work. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to align product goals, improve team productivity, and contribute to technical decisions that strengthen the broader engineering organization. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers and helping drive continuous learning and growth within the team.
