Staff Software Engineer - AI/Agent Engineer, Care Automation

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - AI/Agent Engineer, Care Automation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on building and operating AI-driven automation solutions that improve customer care workflows and enhance the efficiency of support operations. You will work closely with engineering partners and business stakeholders to integrate LLM-based systems into the broader technology stack and deliver reliable, scalable agentic experiences. The position also calls for thoughtful evaluation of automation quality, latency, and cost so the team can continue to improve performance over time.
