Staff Software Development Engineer

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within an Agile team
• Design efficient, user-friendly software products
• Develop frontend and backend code with a focus on test-driven development
• Educate stakeholders on the development process
• Maintain a user-centered approach throughout product development

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise solution delivery for large-scale software design, preferably J2EE
• 7+ years of Java development with Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC
• 4+ years of frontend development using Angular 8+
• 2+ years using Agile methodologies such as CI/CD and TDD
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong leadership skills

Pay

$130,295 – $260,590 annually
