Staff / Senior Accountant

As a Staff/Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in managing financial processes across multiple locations, collaborating closely with operational teams, and providing insights for business decisions. Responsibilities Lead monthly financial close processes and prepare financial statements.Reconcile general ledger accounts and analyze variances.Assist with quarterly Sarbanes Oxley compliance and control reviews.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Conduct rate analysis and communicate financial insights.Manage financial data flow and maintain accurate records for remote facilities.Provide training on internal controls and procedures.Travel (~10%) for site visits and regional meetings, with potential future relocation. Requirements BS/BA in Accounting (no exceptions).2-4 years of accounting experience, public accounting encouraged.Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and Excel (pivots, VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS).Strong communication skills and outgoing personality.
