Staff Security Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop security-focused software solutions and tools
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams on secure architecture
• Conduct code reviews and threat modeling to address vulnerabilities
• Build and maintain security monitoring and logging systems
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for security operations
• Participate in incident response and forensics as necessary
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 9+ years of experience managing IAM products like EntraID or SailPoint
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of authentication and encryption practices
• Experience working with security and audit teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay

$160,200 – $246,300 annually
