Staff Security Engineer - Enterprise Security

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and scale endpoint security solutions while shaping architecture and strategy
• Build automated security operations platforms leveraging AI and software engineering
• Monitor security events and develop real-time detection systems against threats
• Conduct risk assessments and apply zero-trust principles to minimize attack surfaces
• Create and enforce unified security policies for endpoint protection
• Collaborate with multiple teams to define and drive the endpoint security strategy
• Mentor team members and share best practices in security engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in information security focusing on endpoint security
• Proficiency in software development with languages such as Python, Go, or Java
• Experience with deploying and maintaining endpoint security tools across multiple operating systems
• Strong understanding of operating systems, network protocols, and endpoint security concepts
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and make data-informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
