About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Salesforce Engineer for the Product & Technology (P&T) team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for an expert who enjoys deep technical work and solid architecture. You will push our engineering standards forward, solve hard problems, and lead our charge into AI-driven automation. You’ll be the main technical point person for our marketing tools (Zoom, Sumo, and LeanData) and play a critical role in our Q2 AI initiatives. We care about results and need someone who can move the needle on critical projects while ensuring the platform stays reliable as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on Development: Lead the configuration and development for Salesforce and integrated tools to support complex logic. Stay hands-on with the codebase, developing applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components.
  • AI & Automation: Serve as a key driver for our AI roadmap, focusing on implementing Agentforce, Voice Recognition, and Outreach Automation. Help leverage AI to streamline the "Consignor + Store Buyer" relationship management lifecycle.
  • Architecture: Develop technical diagrams, integration standards, and better ways to manage environments. Ensure every solution is built for scale, performance, and reliability from day one.
  • Code Quality: Own your code from start to finish, building for performance and scale, including bulk-safe patterns and robust automated tests.
  • Solution Design: Lead design discussions to align solutions with global governance and enterprise standards. Provide ongoing technical support for existing custom Apex code and configurations.
  • Mentoring: Advise other engineers through code reviews and share best practices around readability, scalability, and test coverage.
  • Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to provide technical guidance on security and performance, turning requirements into solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a mid-to-large company with a clear history of shipping complex technical projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Deep technical proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components.
  • Proven experience or deep knowledge in Agentforce and AI-driven automations.
  • Experience with integration tech, SSO, Master Data Management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a similar field.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications, specifically Platform Developer II (PDII) and at least one Architect-track certification (e.g., Application Architect or System Architect).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certifications.
  • Experience with LeanData, Xactly, Genesys PureCloud, Jira, Zoom, and Sumo integrations.
  • Knowledge of managing multiple Salesforce orgs and/or teams that use Salesforce to solve varied requirements.
  • Experience working with complex Salesforce orgs with hundreds or thousands of users.

Benefits

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • 401K with Company Match
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • 9 Paid Company Holidays
  • Flexible Time Off (With Manager Approval)

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $190,000.00–$210,000.00. Starting pay is carefully determined based on primary work location, candidate skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary is one component of TRR’s total rewards package, with potential eligibility for bonus programs and incentive pay.
