Staff Salesforce DevOps Engineer

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve the global CI/CD framework for Salesforce, focusing on automation and self-service tools
• Lead release management across Salesforce and other Business Systems for high-velocity delivery
• Resolve deployment challenges and architect strategies for environment refreshes and data governance
• Act as a liaison for cross-team collaboration on roadmaps and dependency alignment
• Provide technical support for releases and system upgrades, and handle incident responses
• Utilize AI tools to innovate and improve development workflows, fostering a productive team culture

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or Systems Engineering
• Expertise in Salesforce CI/CD architecture and enterprise-scale release management (e.g., Copado, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Architectural ownership of automation tooling and integration strategies across various technologies
• Proficient with version control tools, preferably GitHub, and familiar with at least one programming language (Python or Java)
• Experience using Generative AI or Copilot tools for enhancing workflows

Pay

$155,000 – $248,000 annually
