Staff RN - Night Shift - Hybrid Med/Surg/Intermediate

About the role

Join a dedicated medical unit providing comprehensive nursing care to diverse patients, including those undergoing specialized procedures in GI, Interventional Radiology, and other medical/surgical diagnoses such as cardiac, renal, infectious, and gastrointestinal conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing initial, ongoing, and functional health assessments.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems.
• Implementing interventions, evaluating patient responses, and revising care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Participating actively in process improvement to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all duties as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO).

Qualifications

• Licensed RN as per Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No prior experience required.
