About the role
We are seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive care across diverse acute healthcare settings, including cardiac, neuro medical, and vascular surgery units.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring adherence to standards and policies.
- Delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs.
- Participating in process improvements.
- Maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
Requirements
- Hold an Ohio RN license.
- Hold a BLS certification.
- Hold a BSN within five years of employment.
